Welcome to Pennsylvania Cheesesteak Co. We take our sandwiches as serious as the Bill of Rights. There are three ways to enjoy our delicious culinary collections including the first ever prepared grass-fed organic cheesesteaks and fine delicatessens delivered weekly in a cold shipping box.

Each week select 4, 6, or 8 deconstructed sandwiches of your choice to be delivered directly to your home as fresh as it left our kitchen. Our fresh organic ingredients are vacuum sealed in BPA free pouches which allow reheat in hot water or the microwave. Ready serve in less than 4 minutes for the greatest sandwich ever.

Our beautiful soon to be completed eatery located in Reading Pennsylvania will serve the finest and freshest sandwiches in Berks County. Enjoy a pleasant and unique historical dining experience with fresh sliced and prepared cheesesteaks hibachi style in our dining room while enjoying unique views of our commercial kitchen.

Express pick up of your sandwiches at our quick service counter allows for fast and speedy pick for customers on the go. Order on-site or through our app prior to arrival. Sandwiches can cooked fresh per order for immediate consumption or deconstructed for later enjoyment. We will offer delivery services to Reading, Penna.

USDA Choice blend of ribsteak, ternderloin (shortloin), sirloin, and round cuts, prepared daily in-house using Sous Vide immersion then griddle seared to perfection per order.

All our creations are crafted into a foot long authentic hoagie roll sourced from a Philadelphia bakery daily. Our authentic freshly baked rolls are hearth-fired to form a delicate light interior, a slightly golden brown crusty exterior, finished with a sprinkle of embedded sea salt flakes, and our logo fire-branded on the side.

Authentic Philadelphia Cheesesteak — 12

Grilled grass-fed shaved beef finely chopped and accented with our signature aged cheddar and Guinness cheese sauce, fresh cut lightly grilled organic Vidalia onions, and fresh emulsified mayonnaise from organic ingredients.

The Pennsylvanian Cheesesteak: — 12

(Commonly known as Berks County/Pennsylvania Style) Grilled grass-fed shaved steak finely chopped and accented with our signature homemade old world recipe Italian basil Cabernet marinara sauce crafted from San Marzano tomatoes, paired with fresh cut organic grilled sweet Vidalia onions, melted creamy Wisconsin American cheese and garnished with sliced Boar’s Head pickles.

Two bamboo skewers overflowing with grass-fed Filet Mignon cubes cooked to perfection via Sous Vide immersion, double rolled in homemade breadcrumbs sourced from our crafted rolls and lightly fried to perfection. Accompanied with sides of grilled Vidalia onions, oversized mushrooms and our signature melted imported Swiss and Gruyère white wine fondue for dipping.

The Thirteen Stars Cheesesteak — 22

Grilled grass-fed top cut ribeye steak tagliata cooked Sous Vide, seared to perfection, and drizzled with a white sherry peppercorn Steak Au Poivre infused with creamy Gruyère and topped with grilled Vidalia onions and braised Shiitake, Porcini, and Cremini mushrooms in a butter brandy reduction and encased in a foot long authentic hoagie roll sourced from a Philadelphia bakery daily.

All our organic Russets are cut and cooked in-house daily, never frozen, and fried to perfection in all natural beef tallow.

Fresh house-cut organic Idaho Russet potatoes fried to perfection in beef tallow and cooked to a golden delicate perfection every single order. Our Russet fries can be complemented with your choice of any of our signature cheeses and fondues.

Russet Boardwalk French Fries— 4

Fresh house-cut organic Idaho Russet potatoes fried to perfection in beef tallow and cooked to a golden delicate perfection every single order. Russet Boardwalk fries are complemented with an organic cane sugar enhanced Modena Balsamic Vinegar reduction and our signature aged Cheddar and Guinness cheese sauce and garnished with fresh cut organic sweet green scallions.
